as for the flasks themselves, I havent looked, but would assume they go for quite a bit since they're needed for the tier .5 quests.

I see the tier .5 stuff as being targeted at the more casual players who don't have the time to raid 5-6 nights a week, but by the same token, they don't have the time to farm the hundreds of gold needed to do those .5 quests.
