Take the rest of their bone matter and grind it up and make it into concrete, which the survivors can mix up and build into a wall for us. Then when they are done line them up and shoot them and just leave the blood splattered there as a warning.
And then take their rotting bodies and encase them in plastic and put them in a "America is for AMERICANS" Museum, different branches of which will line any entry point into the US and which you will have to walk through before you are allowed admittance.
(I mean put the museums along the Canadian border entrance points, not the ones along Mexico. We will not allow Mexicans back into this country ever again.)
