get a leather dye (black, heh, smart Enyao!) and dye 'em. it goes on with a dauber, so just have a drop cloth down in case of spills; no need to immerse 'em. If your soles are also leather, you can dye those the same way; if not, you may have to find a composite dye or edge dressing that will do the trick. If you want links, etc, innmail/email me. :)
