How could an all knowing being be "betrayed"?
Since Jesus knows everything, he knew in advance that Judas was going to betray him. Instead of taking him aside and working out their differences like good Christians, I am supposed to believe that Christ just said "to hell with that bastard, let him betray me." That just sounds too huffy for a Messiah.
If Jesus did NOT know that Judas was going to betray him, why not? He knew that Peter was going to deny him, he knew that he was going to come back to life after 3 days, he knew all that miscellanea, am I supposed to believe that God forgot to mention the whole nailing to a cross thing?
