I want people to be able to do three things from a simple page:

a) get an upload token - users would input an email address - which would be validated by certain rules (ie, only allowed to send tokens to a specific domain)

b) upload a file (requires an upload token)
b1) perform additional processing on the file - specifically send it to a permanent backup

c) download a file (requires the original upload token)

uploaded files automatically suicide after a week.

no browsing capability.
