A lot of kids back in 'the day' wouldn't even have had a SS# yet. I didn't get one until I was 6.

He got a new job. Insurance forms required their social security numbers. They're 3 years and 18 months old ffs.

and that "required" was removed off the application. It took almost 2 weeks for someone to call and tell them that. Customer service (which is nothing but a call center that reads a script) and they couldnt answer "its required". The managers work at the same call center and couldnt answer the same. Finally someone called from the insurance company to tell them "oops".
