they were on smoke break.. had a little window to the bar that you could order drinks thru and whatnot. Nice Irish pub.
man everyone is going to be bitch about the outdoor seating because all the smokers will be out there puffing it up.

there are a few clubs that have an internal patio type of place that is technically outdoors, and they can get aroound the anti-smoking stuff there.
