it just shouldnt be legislated. let the people decide. as it is the majority of peeps that pushed the no smoking law thru dont even go to bars. but smokes a bad thing so vote it in!
my take on the smoking thing, let the free market decide. if a non smoking bar is popular it will make money, if a smoking bar is popular it will make money.
