Answer: Yup, they kept the same basic theme, just jazzed it up to make it sound more 21st Century synthesizer norm.
They also kept the special sound effect of the Phone-Box dissolving. Almost exactly the same sound effect.
I'll watch it for a while. It really looks promising.
